I have been a busy girl this month with work. I have also took some time out for some fun. I went with a bunch of friends to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. I have been a fan of their's forever! He is my absolute favorite and everytime I get the chance I go to see him. He always puts on the best show.
I have done zero quilting this month. It is hard to believe that school starting again is just around the corner. Where has the summer gone?

Time flies when you're having fun! Actually, it flies whether you're having fun or not! Sorry about the Jonah day you had with your Daughter's driving test. Been there- a light wouldn't work and they failed him. I think they can be on a bit of a power trip, eh?
OMG just looking thru blogland and saw a tiny picture of TP and the HBs on a side bar...had to click on it and here I am. Even tho the pic was small I recognised him. I'm a quilter and loooooooooooong time fan of the man himself (since age 18/19, now late 40s)
It's great to find another person with two of the same passions. I've only seem him once in concert (Melbourne, 1986 with Bob)cos he doesn't come Down Under very often but I have many DVDs and CDs(and all my vinyls of course)
Now I'm going to read your blog and post, i was so excited I haven't even done that yet !!!
